Lordship Hub has a number of policies governing its activities and processes. Please find a list of our statutory policies below:

Lordship Hub is run by its members, as a co-operative. Our constitution sets out how we're governed and was last updated in March 2023. Anyone can become a member — find out how.

Lordship Hub is a community cooperative and its board meets regularly.

Our full board meetings take place bi-monthly on the third Wednesday of every other month 5.30pm to 7pm. Any Hub user is welcome to observe the meetings in person or online. Email secretary@lordshiphub.org.uk to arrange.

Summer Opening Hours

(April–September)

  • Mon–Wed & Fri: 11am–4pm
  • Thurs: Closed for OK Foundation’s free food parcels & hot meals (11am–1.30pm)
  • Sat & Sun: 9am–4pm

Building usually open 30 mins before opening and after closing

Winter Opening Hours

(October–March)

  • Mon–Wed & Fri: 10am–3pm
  • Thurs: Closed for OK Foundation’s free food parcels & hot meals (11am–1.30pm)
