Situated in the middle of Lordship Recreation ground, the Hub offers an ideal setting for away days, conferences, training sessions and meetings. A space to get away from daily pressures, relax and look at the world from a fresh point of view. Time to engage with others and work creatively.
We are happy that as of 12 April 2021 we are able to hire out the General Activities Room and Community Room for work, education and training again.
“We recently booked the Hub for a meeting of the Parks Action Group, it was a great location for us to come together and it helped focus our minds on the task at hand. The food was excellent, would definitely recommend to anyone booking the venue! Thanks to everyone at Lordship Rec for hassle free booking and a lovely morning.”

Both rooms can be booked on an hourly basis and we keep Thursdays in the General Activities room for day or half day bookings. Usually Saturday and Sunday morning are not available as they are reserved for our regular groups and activities.
We offer a range of refreshments throughout the day at times suitable to your activity. These include croissants, pastries, homemade cakes, fruit, organic herbal teas and filter coffee. Lunch can be ordered in the morning from the Hub Café to be ready at a suitable time or you can arrange your own catering.
