A pregnancy focused yoga class incorporating a varied and balanced mix of embodied movement, strength-building exercises and nourishing relaxation.
Starting with a gentle warm up, the class will move through a slow and steady flowing sequence, with options to do less or more depending on where you’re at in your pregnancy and what you’re craving.
Gradually the class will wind down towards an extended relaxation with a guided breathing practice.
The session offers a calming and welcoming weekly held space, to connect to your body during your pregnancy, prepare for birth and your postpartum period and gather with other local mothers to be.
The class is suitable from 12 weeks onwards.
£10 per session.
