Carer Grief Café

Are you a carer who has experienced the loss of the person you cared for?

Join our monthly Carer Grief Café, a welcoming and supportive space where you can meet others who understand some of the thoughts, feelings and experiences that can come with bereavement after caring for someone.

The group offers an opportunity to talk, listen, connect and receive mutual support in a relaxed environment.
