There’s plenty happening at Lordship Hub this July, with community events, a film screening, gardening advice, and our birthday celebrations. Everyone is welcome!

Film Screening: TCB – The Toni Cade Bambara School of Organizing

Saturday 18 July | 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Join us for a special screening of TCB – The Toni Cade Bambara School of Organizing (2025, 105 minutes), a powerful documentary by Louis Massiah and Monica Henriquez celebrating the life and legacy of Black feminist writer, filmmaker, and cultural worker Toni Cade Bambara.

Through the stories of friends, colleagues, and students, the film explores Bambara’s commitment to community empowerment, creativity, and social justice. This inspiring documentary highlights the wisdom, humour, and activism that continue to influence generations of artists and organisers.

Celebrate Lordship Hub’s 13th Birthday!

Saturday 25 July | 12:00pm – 4:00pm

Join us as we celebrate another fantastic year of community, connection, and fun at Lordship Hub!

Bring the whole family for an afternoon packed with children’s games, races, creative workshops, and a water fight to help everyone cool off. There’ll also be birthday cake and a special café menu available throughout the day.

Whether you’re a regular visitor or joining us for the first time, we’d love to celebrate with you.

Tottenham Flower and Produce Festival-Gardeners’ Question Time

Sunday 26 July | 1:30pm – 3:30pm

Do you have questions about your garden? Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just getting started, come along to Gardeners’ Question Time and get practical advice from local gardening experts.

Bring your gardening questions, learn new tips, and enjoy an afternoon with fellow gardening enthusiasts. There will also be a plant sale, giving you the chance to pick up something special for your garden.

Hosted by the Tottenham Flower and Produce Festival.
