Grafting workshop

Choose either the morning session from 10.30 to 12.30 or the afternoon session from 1.30 to 3.30

Cost: £15 per session (but a reduction for Orchard volunteers, and/or if payment would mean you couldn’t come)

Led by Michelle Lawson, a qualified and experienced gardener and Orchard worker from Resilient Orchards in Cornwall.

Learn how to graft a variety of apple tree onto a baby apple tree (rootstock) – choose from over 20 varieties of apple, both eating and cooking apples.

There will two sessions for two different groups of people, one morning, and one afternoon. Places are limited, so booking is essential. To book email Sally at shaywill@fastmail.co.uk

No experience needed, and all tools and materials provided. You can take your apple tree home with you, or donate it to Lordship Rec to be planted in the Autumn.
