Kundalini Yoga is a holistic practice combining pranayama (breathe work), kriyas ( sets of asanas/ yoga exercises seen as formulas), mantras and meditation .

Sangeet Namjot/ Angela follows the original Kundalini Kriyas and teachings in her classes to support her students to deeply rejuvenate, connect within to heal, relax, and release stress, tension, anxiety, and exhaustion. Kundalini Yoga is a powerful tool that supports us to strengthen and balance the mind, body & spirit
