Capoeira for Kids aged 8-10

Kids love Capoeira

Capoeira is a big part of Brazilian culture. This Afro-Brazilian art form has a beautiful blend of music, acrobatics and dance.

Capoeira helps develop balance, coordination, general level of fitness and flexibility, a sense of rhythm and an awareness of one’s own body. It also develops concentration and social interaction. The musical aspect of Capoeira helps children feel more comfortable and relaxed, and more willing to exercise.

Our classes and workshops provide a safe and creative approach to helping children develop physical coordination, musicality and social skills. Given its inherent social and interactive nature, Capoeira Angola provides a unique platform that exposes children to percussion rhythms, singing and movements, while nurturing their sense of achievement and leadership through structured group play.
