We have two rooms for hire during the week, at weekends and in the evenings. Rooms may be hired as a one-off or on a regular basis. If you are interested in regular hire please come and talk to us or email Carola on [email protected].
The General Activities Room (70 sq.m) fits up to 50 people. It will be available for hire for all kinds of activities, classes, conferences and events. Includes sink, toilet and outside access.
Community Room (41 sq.m) fits up to 30 people. Includes sink, children’s toilet and access to the outside. There is a removable partition between this room and the Café area which may be opened up on occasion, if requested, but at the discretion of the co-operative and there may be an extra cost incurred.
All Rates are in £s per hour. (Minimum 2 hours for private hire)

We ask you to pay a £150 of refundable deposit to secure your booking. Complete payment due latest 14 days before the event.
Equipment & Extras
The room hire includes use of the outside space and access to tables and stackable chairs.
I you would like to have a bouncy castle you will have to hire the general activity room and extra fencing will have to be put up for safety reasons.

Monday to Sunday 9.00am – 10pm (till 1am Fridays and Saturdays)
We allow for 30min set up time at no extra costs. Time for clearing up should be accounted for in your hire time.
You are able to make a block booking, e.g. for courses and classes. To discuss timings and pricing please get in touch.
Access to the building and parking
The building is accessible by foot through nearby park entrances (nearest one Higham Road) which are always open to pedestrians.
There are no parking facilities at the Hub and all vehicles have to park off site. However, there is currently ample unrestricted parking in roads around the park at weekends and in the evenings. Parking restrictions only apply between 2-4 pm Monday to Friday around Higham Road. You can also park on Waltheof Avenue (and Tower Gardens) which is opposite the main entrance to the park on Lordship Lane (There is a 4-minute walk from there straight across the park to the Hub). This is restricted on Spurs Match Days only so look out for fixtures. (At present there are no match days until Spurs move back to their refurbished stadium).
