Awareness through Movement
Awareness through Movement: Feldenkrais method for ease, flexibility and improved posture.
Suitable for all ages 18+. Lessons will be in lying or sitting positions on the floor.
9.30-10.30 Tuesdays for 5 week block with a break before the next block. The first 5 week block will be on theme of walking with awareness. Available symultaneously on zoom

A series of 5 classes £30 (8 people only), for a series of 5 classes on zoom £15. Payment must be made in advance and you will be sent details for bank transfer on registering.

Bring your own mat/blanket or borrow one from the Hub. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
