Chi Kung

What is Chi Kung?
A set of simple exercises based on the principles of East Asian medicine. Chi
means ‘life force’ and Kung means ‘cultivation’ or ‘work’.
By doing these exercises we are looking after the basis of our being.
Chi Kung helps to gently reconfigure our physical structure so that fluids can
circulate more freely and joints can work more efficiently.
The exercises aid circulation and posture, building strength, helping everything
to flow better and bringing freedom where there is constriction.
The exercises can be done standing or seated and are accessible to wheelchair
£7 per session.
