About this event:
I teach a lighthearted and inclusive yoga practice that links music, movement and breath.
The class will start with an insight into meditation techniques, continuing into warm-up stretches and moving into a fun yoga flow suitable for everyone.
The class will finish with a restorative relaxation.
You’ll leave feeling nourished, relaxed and inspired.
1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester most welcome.
