Mat Pilates for mixed abilities
A weekly Pilates class great for helping keep fit & healthy, improve posture, strength & flexibility, lose weight, ease or prevent aches and pains, relieve stress and relax the mind and body.
Kate’s class is open to all levels with options to suit and challenge your own capabilities. £8 drop or £36 for block of 6 classes (use within 3 months). Cash or card accepted on the day or Paypal transfer in advance.
