HIIT Bootcamp

Every Tuesday 8-9pm

Join us for a full body workout, using HIIT to burn the most calories! 

Whether you are a beginner, recently postnatal, recovering from injury, haven’t exercised in a while or a regular exerciser this class suits all. A combination of both body weight and resistance equipment to make sure you work every muscle and then some! With a little bit of relaxation and release at the end!
