Yogasana – Beginners
This Yoga Course is an ideal way to begin your practice. Also good for advanced students to develop their knowledge about fundamentals of yoga. During the practice you will learn:
major yoga poses and their names, alignments & alternatives, how to use yoga props,
Pranayama – breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness to deal with stress and anxiety.
The course will build your confidence, flexibility & stamina. It creates strong foundations to progress and development further.
