Yoga Flow – Open Level
No Monday blues here! Enjoy a slower paced practise with plenty of time and space to build up into a flow. This class will nourish you and help to prepare for the week ahead. A perfect way to carve out some “me time” post school run or pre-work.
£5 per session (drop in) Mats provided.
I teach Vinyasa Flow yoga – a dynamic, creative sequence of yoga where movements flow with the breath. Expect an uplifting class with a sweet balance of challenge and release, all set to a varied musical soundtrack.
I place a strong emphasis on correct alignment and use hands-on assists and adjustments to help prevent injury, experience the intended benefits and realise your full potential in the posture.
Classes are open level so some experience is useful but not essential. Modifications and options to the poses are offered throughout so the class can be tailored to the needs of your practise.
