Daily Ashtanga Yoga in October
Ashtanga yoga is a traditional dynamic practice where postures are held for 5 breaths. Each move is synchronised with breath and a gazing point, which helps to purify the body, nervous system and the mind simultaneously. The postures are repeated so with time you memorise them and the practice becomes a moving meditation.
Every weekday morning in October from 7-9am (arrive any time between 7-8am). This is an opportunity to develop your self-practice with a teacher who regularly studies in Ashtanga home Mysore, India
£5 per session or £50 for whole month
