Mindfulness for Stress – 8 week course

Whatever the cause of stress or anxiety, mindfulness can help to rebalance your life.

The Course will run at the Hub for 8 weeks from:
Monday 6th March to Monday May 1st, 2017, from 6.30-8.30pm

Cost for complete course:  £130/£80 concessions. Booking required
