What is Chi Kung?

Literally, ‘life energy cultivation’.  A series of simple exercises, based on the principles of Chinese medicine are linked to the standing form of Chi Kung to help develop health, vitality and well-being.

Who can participate?
Practically anyone can enjoy the benefits of this form of exercise. Emphasis is on gentle stretches and letting go of tension.
