Work up an appetite and explore Lordship Recreation Ground as you challenge your map reading skills in this free and fun adventure! For children and families.
Pick up your map and information in the Hub. There are 2 challenges to choose from. Challenge 1 has 15 markers to find and you need to identify the animal on the marker. Challenge 2 has 10 markers and you need to identify the animal that is pictured.
On Saturday, 16th September, we have two festivals going in the Hub and the Rec!
The Tottenham Ploughman Riverfest (funded by you – thanks) is running from 11am-7pm.
The 10th Tottenham Flower and Produce Show and Harvest Festival (run by the Friends and Women’s Association – thanks) is running from 11am-6pm. If you want to enter your flowers of produce in the competition bring them between 8.30 and 11am.
Both events are always massive and hugely enjoyable, so having them both together will be double the fun!
RiverFest is Tottenham’s biggest and best free festival. This year the aim is to make it even bigger and better, but of course nothing’s really free. There are performers to pay, stages to build, equipment to hire, etc.
The organisers do it all voluntarily, but they need your cash to get it going.
Have a watch of this to see what they’ve got planned:
Arts and crafts for all children in the Hub with Nina and Joan.
Just come along! £1.00 for materials.
